HEY! THANK YOU FOR STOPPING BY. IM SO GLAD TO HAVE YOU HERE.
My name is Alexandra and I am the founder of Aegle Mind.
What I do is pretty simple; I help people like you, change the way they see and experience their world so that they can realise their full potential and live the abundant life they deserve. Cause whatever you may think or feel right now, you really do deserve this!
My mission is to help you clear out those negative thoughts, the fear and self doubt, and create a mindset that
empowers you to fully love and value yourself.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME.
I love being by the water. It has the ability to transcend any real-world problems. I grew up in Jersey and spent my weekends (when not playing tennis) in the garden, on cliff walks or by the sea. I love wildlife and beaches. I love my friends and family. I love my life. But trust me, this wasn’t always the case.
The path that lead me to where I am today has take many twists and turns, but each step has given me something invaluable which shapes the way I work. Like so many people, I grew up not really knowing what I wanted to do with my life. For a lot of my teenage years I felt lost and disconnected. As I grew older my world began to loose its former colour and appeal. I lacked any confidence at all and felt like I was losing who I really was; what it was to be ‘me’. I was plagued with guilt for feeling like this when looking from the outside, I had everything.
Eventually, I made the decision that something had to change and I sought help from a counsellor who transformed my life. And not only in a personal way. I was encouraged to see that my natural desire and compassion to create change were perfectly suited to the therapy room. From that moment, I knew exactly what I wanted to do with my life and I’ve never looked back.
I went on to study Business Management in London and found work in a great property management company. At this time, I also decided to enrol in the Counselling and Psychotherapy course at Regent’s University. It was during my studies that I was lucky enough to receive mentoring from the incredible Katie Abbott and Bill Cumming at Pause Place on Harley Street in London. I can only describe their training programme as an exploration into the understanding of mind and human nature on a profoundly deep level. Following so many years of searching, Pause Place gave me the insight to find my own voice and the confidence to make a difference. I met some of the most inspirational coaches and therapists on this course, from whom I have learnt so many valuable lessons and skills. Eager to develop my abilities, I attended the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy and gained a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy.
I believe in what I practice as they are the tools that helped me to regain control and love of my life. I have seen the power of what I do in all of the clients I have had the pleasure of working with.
Over the years I have worked with many people to help them find confidence, self love and balance. With each client I learn something profound about the human mind and our world. I found that my real passion was in supporting disempowered women find their voice and create a life that lights them up which they truly love.
I want to share the amazing tools and techniques that have transformed my life in every way.

It has been my privilege to work with Alexandra in our Pause Place program. Her access to the space of loving-kindness and thus her experience of the capacities that reside within all people is exceptional. She listens intently with her mind and heart.
