Sometimes it can feel as if we live in a world in which we are constantly told that we are not good enough, pretty enough, smart enough, blank enough. These beliefs can make the relationship that we have with ourself a challenging battle.
It is entirely possible to love the person you are, exactly as you are. And it is never too late to develop what is the most important relationship you’ll ever have.
Join me in this intimate two hour workshop to explore the benefits of loving yourself, as well as developing the skills to cultivate a deep self-love. After some gentle movement to connect with and celebrate your body, you will be guided through a series of meditations to help ignite the flame of love in your heart for all things, and above all, yourself. There will be space for self inquiry and exploration, as well as the opportunity to delve deeper with any questions that may arise. Bring your journals and pens as we discover just how amazing and powerful you are.
Open to all levels. Bring something warm and cosy to wear for the seated parts of the practice.
