Meditation can bring us a sense of peace no matter the context of the external world. Join Alexandra for a blissful 2 hour workshop where you’ll learn how to develop your own practice.
So much of our time is spent in longing for things to be different from how they are, bringing about a sense of dissatisfaction. Meditation encourages us to disengage from this way of being and instead act more consciously, creating the space for us to live with awareness and a healthy sense of perspective. The workshop will explore various meditations and traditions that will help you to stay connected and present as life unfolds.
Open to all levels of meditators. If you have never tried and are curious to learn, this is the perfect environment to do so. If you are looking to deepen your practice or in need of some guidance then do join us. Wear comfortable loose clothing, and something warm if you tend to get cold. Come with an open mind and an open heart.
