Social anxiety is normal. Everybody feels it now and then. But for many, Social Anxiety is a debilitating daily battle that prevents them from living the life they seek and deserve. Social Anxiety varies from person to person and can manifest itself in many ways causing people to suffer unreasonably and excessively.
The good news is, it doesn’t have to be that way. Social Anxiety is a learned response and as such it can be re-learned. It is not the experience itself that causes us to feel a certain way, rather the way we interpret that event with our minds. By changing the way we think, we can change the way we feel.
