Join us for an intimate two hour meditation workshop designed to help you to connect more deeply to the life you live, experiencing each moment to its fullest potential. Meditation encourages us to intentionally disengage from this way of being and instead act more consciously, creating the space for us to live life in the present with absolute intention and awareness.
Open to all levels of meditators. If you have never tried and are curious to learn, this is the perfect, safe environment to do so. If you are looking to deepen your practice or in need of some guidance then do join us. Wear comfortable loose clothing, and something warm if you tend to get cold. Come with an open mind and an open heart.
