Living a life without intention, is like riding a bike without a road map: You might stumble across a few great destinations along the way, but ultimately, you will never arrive at the place you wish to get to. Join Alexandra on Saturday 11th January, for this two hour workshop in which she will guide you through movement, meditation and journalling to ignite the process of transformation you wish to see in your life.
Alexandra has a background in Cognitive Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Transformational Coaching as well as being a Yoga Teacher, so you can expect to find a complementary blend of these techniques beautifully woven into the workshop to ensure that you best understand where you are now, where you want to be, and most importantly, the steps you need to take to get there.
