After an Initial Consultation I will have a clear understanding of what it is exactly you want to achieve and what already are, or your predict will be, your biggest challenges. From here I will design you your very own tailor made meditation programme. Each week we will check in with how you are getting along and where you may need extra guidance. I appreciate that everyone’s journey is totally unique and so the sessions move at your pace. After each session I will provide you with a meditation recording that you can listen to in between sessions as well as little assignment ideas which you are free to explore in your own way.
