I am a cognitive therapist, which means I draw upon tools and techniques from CBT, Mindfulness, Hypnosis, NLP and Life Coaching to support you in realising you full potential and becoming the very best version of yourself. And that looks different for everyone. So it might be finding self acceptance, confidence, courage or guiding you through some sort of transition phase.
There is no one method that fits all and as such, I practice intuitively and flexibly with each client. I find it an honour and a privilege to work with people as they explore their innermost thoughts, discovering a life that is meaningful and purposeful.
