Over the past 6 years I have worked with both large and small corporates including American Express, John Lewis, Deloitte and Conde Nast offering Yoga Classes to boost positivity and productivity.

It’s an increasingly well known fact that yoga has many benefits in the workplace. Well-being programs are rightfully being recognised as not only a profitable investment for companies, but as helping to foster a positive attitude in the office. Looking after the well-being of your employees is essential to staff retention and maintaining high performance at work. That is why more and more companies are seeing the value of workplace well-being programmes. Corporate yoga classes are a great option as they are popular with employees whilst also providing value to the business.

Yoga is the perfect antidote to days spent sitting hunched at your desk. The core elements of a yoga class will stretch out tired and tight muscles, strengthen and tone the whole body and induce calm and relaxation with stress-busting breathing and meditation practices.

Incorporating flowing sequences with longer held poses, you’ll float out of your office yoga class feeling energised, revived & relaxed. Have beginners? Don’t panic! My classes are suitable for all levels of yogis with modifications offered throughout. Sessions are available via Zoom whilst WFH is the norm.
