This 8 week programme provides the blueprint for anxious, insecure women to find freedom from the thoughts that limit their lives and create a reality in which they feel totally worthy of love, success and happiness. Using approaches backed by science, this transformative programme provides you with the tools to challenge negative beliefs, shift sabotaging behaviours and ultimately step into an authentically confident version of you.

What is the Inner Critic?

The Inner Critic is that voice in your head that repeatedly tells you that you are unlovable, a fraud, unworthy, not enough. It makes you doubt every decision that you make and judges everything you do.

We All Have One

And we ALL have one. It may sound and look different from person to person, but everyone, and I mean everyone, has one. It might be a subtle, niggling voice that shows up in particular settings, or it might be a loud, dominating, mean voice that has an opinion about everything.


It’s Just A Part of You - Not Who You Are

But the important thing to know is that it may be a part of you, but it is not YOU. It is just one tiny (albeit loud) aspect of your personality that if not kept in check, can take over - like a bossy, know-it-all manager really!

And even though the thoughts are seemingly coming from your mind, most often, the thoughts don't even belong to you in the first place. Yet, they can generate a lot of shame and pain, making you say or do things that don’t feel like the real you.

  • An opportunity to understand what your life looks like right now, set goals and create accountability to show up for yourself - communicating perhaps for the first time in a long time, that you are worthy!

  • Explore the origins of low self-esteem, what it means and where it comes from. Courageously meet the Inner Critic face to face and see how it is limiting your life. Bringing awareness to the Inner Critic is the first step of transformation.

  • This module is all about exploring why the Inner Critic is so nasty and seemingly persistent. We also look at the reasons we listen to the voice, even when we know it is holding us back.

  • Learn a simple science backed 4 step process to overcome the incessant negative chatter of the Inner Critic. Let go of belief systems and unhelpful patterns that you’ve been holding onto for too long.

  • Learn powerful psychological methods to change neural pathways in the brain and cultivate more positive, compassionate self-dialogue. Tap into you authentic confidence as you meet your Inner Cheerleader.

  • People with a sense of low self-worth do not see themselves clearly. This module is about cultivating a more compassionate, balanced and holistic view of the self. Shift your mindset from one of lack to abundance.

  • Failure and criticism are a natural part of life, but for many, trigger responses such as stress or insecurity. But it doesn’t have to be this way. This module explores how to effectively cope with mistakes and turn them to your advantage.

  • Reflect on your experience as well as create your own personal blueprint to support you as you continue on your journey. A final closing ceremony acknowledging your authentic self for showing up and doing the work.

I’m an integrative therapist, yoga teacher, meditation guide, girlfriend, sister, friend and so much more.

For the past 6 years I have been supporting women bound by low self-esteem and trapped in cycles of negativity, who deep down know that they have so much more to give, to shift into a place where they deeply and completely love, honour and accept themselves.

  • Not at all. Whether you have had previous learning or coaching; or you are tackling your inner critic for the very first time, you are exactly where you need to be in the process.

  • Absolutely! It’s normal to feel nervous when stepping into the unfamiliar (this is your inner critic trying to keep you small!) but one of my greatest skills as a therapist is making people feel safe, heard, seen and understood. This is also why I choose to keep the group numbers small.

  • Me too! I’m a natural introvert and have designed this course with people like you in mind. I will never make you speak or share if you’re not ready to and welcome you to participate in anyway that feels comfortable.

  • I understand that life happens and sometimes unavoidable things come up that may mean you are unable to attend live so sessions are recorded and can be shared if this happens.
