Trust me, I feel you. You are not alone. These patterns held me back too. For so many years my life felt directionless. I was overwhelmed with anxiety and self-deprecating thoughts.
And then I found meditation and not a day goes by that I don’t thank my lucky stars for this gift. Meditation helped me to gain clarity and focus, to live a life that honoured my values and purpose.
MEDITATION FOR EVERYONE
For me, meditation is not about sitting like a tightly knit pretzel, sitting alone in the mountains humming. Nor does it have to be a spiritual or religious practice.
Meditation is for everyone. Regardless of your gender, age, class, race, religion… meditation is for YOU.
Why do I know this? Because of the countless people I have worked with who believed too, that meditation wasn’t for them. I’ve heard countless excuses: poor concentration. Or they don’t have the time. I’ve even had people tell me they ‘just know’ it wouldn’t work for them.
But the one thing these people all have in common it that meditation did work for them. Meditation transformed their life and freed them from chains of limiting belief, doubt, unworthiness.
Meditation is for EVERYONE and every single person will benefit from it. You just need to figure out how to make it work for you.

So maybe you’re thinking, this all sounds great but how do I start? No worries, this is where I can support and guide you. After an Initial Consultation I will have a clear understanding of what it is exactly you want to achieve and what already are, or your predict will be, your biggest challenges. From here I will design you your very own tailor made meditation programme. Each week we will check in with how you are getting along and where you may need extra guidance. I appreciate that everyone’s journey is totally unique and so the sessions move at your pace. After each session I will provide you with a meditation recording that you can listen to in between sessions as well as little assignment ideas which you are free to explore in your own way. These often trigger questions that we can discuss in the following session.

If you want to try meditation for yourself you can join us each week at various locations around London. My classes are based upon a core belief that when we truly relax our minds and bodies we are able access our essential nature of happiness and wellbeing. The time we allow ourselves for rest and relaxation is arguably one of the most underrated tools we have for our health: it is what enables us to THRIVE in the modern world. You can expect to experience a variety of techniques, including guided visualisation, breath work and relaxation therapy, which will leave you feeling wonderfully connected, restored and present.
Meditation is not about learning to empty the mind of all thoughts, rather it is the art and science of letting go and accessing the stillness within us. Thoughts are a natural part of human existence, but when we learn to be a non judgemental observer of them, we discover wisdom, peace and health. Meditation helps to bring you back from your time travels to the past and future, and into the present moment so that you can fully appreciate your life.
